[James Gray] Director of Photography
James Gray has been working in film and video production since the mid 70's. As cinematographer, he has shot award winning feature films such as Robert Morin's Requiem pour un beau sans-coeur (best Canadian feature film, Festival of Festivals, Toronto (1992), also selected at Cannes that year) and the popular Manon Briand film 2 secondes (winner in 4 categories during the 1998 edition of the Montreal World Film Festival).
He recently shot the multiple award-winning short film Hit and Run (Jutra for best Quebec short film 2003, Bayard d’Or at the Namur Film Festival).James Gray has also directed and lensed dozens of documentary films which have taken him all over the planet. He currently lives in Quebec City. |
